I had grilled cheese for dinner last night.
There is just something about grilled cheese and tomato soup that remind me of home. And lately, that is the only place I have truly wanted to be. But! Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and I CAN'T WAIT!
Although anxious for a break, it seems as though I'm at the end of a dark, mile long tunnel that is so often prevalent in film school. I have turned in my two documentaries for my film classes, and even though I have some other projects due before the end of the semester, they seem they are going to be much easier to manage.
Speaking of projects... I am currently producing a musical! The process has been CRAZY thus far, but we have managed to nail down a rather large cast and crew as well as our first location. We move into production Friday morning! I'm very nervous about the adventure to completion, but everyone on board is very excited about it, so I think their enthusiasm will help me see things through to the end.
Okay, that's all for now. I think this will suffice for a second blog entry.
Thought of the day: God was the original creator of sound effects. It is incredibly difficult to record sounds and make them sound like the original. Good job, God :)
